OTR Florida Law is a Florida law firm focusing on traffic ticket, DUI and criminal defense. We believe law firms should be effective, transparent, competitive and helpful. We leverage our legal experience and technology to achieve these goals.

There are over 41 million traffic tickets issued in the US each year. That's about 112,000 tickets a day. But only 5% of drivers know to contest their tickets. Why is that? We believe it is because every day folks have a negative view of lawyers and law firms. We aim to change that.

We're strong supporters of improving road safety through responsible driving. However, we also believe that everyone should have easy and affordable access to legal help when confronted with a traffic ticket, DUI or criminal matter.

It's estimated that of the 41 million speeding tickets issued in the U.S. in 2014, over 25% were issued in error. Our mission is to help the country's 200 million drivers defend their driving records in Florida and protect their insurance premiums from unjust penalties. No one should ever lose their driving privileges - or face jail time - for a speeding ticket.
