OTR Fastlane is Off The Record's subscription service. Members get their traffic tickets contested for free, receive a discounted rate on other legal services, and enjoy expedited, premium support from OTR's Customer Service & Operations team.

All civil, non-criminal traffic tickets are included and contested free of charge to members. The vast majority of traffic tickets fall in this category, including speeding tickets, red light and stop sign violations, improper lane change and U-turns, and HOV violations.

In states where common traffic tickets are considered misdemeanors, those will be contested free of charge as well. For example, all speeding tickets in Texas and Georgia are considered misdemeanors. Your OTR Fastlane membership would still cover speeding tickets that are considered civil infractions in other states.

No it does not. Your OTR Fastlane membership covers tickets received once your membership is active.

All our customers, whether members or not, receive the same quality representation by vetted, local attorneys. OTR Fastlane members do receive priority support and priority placement.

Yes! In many cases, fighting even a single ticket per year will cover the cost of your membership.

You would book a case on our website or app in the usual way. The OTR platform will recognize that you are a Fastlane member and you will not be asked to pay a fee.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please note that the cancellation will only be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.
