From the day my case was excepted I never heaard from my attorney again I even reached out nothing. Lost my case

This was my first time using this service and I’m beyond thankful for such a smooth and easy process. Sophie did everything and when I had questions I got the answers. The entire process was so easy and I had to do nothing!!

Unresponsive and accomplished nothing for me.

My lawyer ignored my messages until I messaged the website’s support service, and she was unable to nullify my ticket. Instead, she considered winning me back the liability of paying the full fine *and* taking traffic school as a win (I could have just paid the ticket and taken traffic school without wasting money on her). Thanks for absolutely nothing! I’ll never recommend this lawyer or this “service” to anyone I know after this experience

Never responded to any of my messages till the date after my case was closed and I was found guilty when I asked her for further explanation she replied with a short statement and never answered my question
