I was pretty upset when I wasn’t updated at all. The only reason I knew I lost is because I got a call saying I owe the court over $600 and I called him and he said he forgot to tell me. I’m still pretty upset. I would give 0 stars if I could.

First time using the app and I’m not sure I’ll be doing this again, at the end of the day I’ll still have to pay for my ticket but this case dragged for over a year while I was left in the dark not knowing what was going on. Lawyer had bad communication skills and instead of proactively updating me about the ticket I had to keep asking every now and then as if he was doing me a favor.

i barely talked to him , i had to message him on the day of court to figure out if he was showing up
