I ran a red light and they were gonna represent me and they told me I I wasn’t planning to win anyways because it’s too obvious what’s the point of signing up for a lawyer then I ended up paying more than the actual ticket cost and the ticket cost was even more expensive this time around after losing

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I trusted Off The Record to handle a traffic ticket, but the experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. After submitting my ticket, the case was accepted and assigned to an attorney. The Off The Record app showed October 8 as the due date. I assumed the attorney was handling everything as expected. However, when I reached out to request an update on the status of my case, I discovered that October 8 was an important court deadline that had already passed, and the attorney had not scheduled a court appearance or provided any updates. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that nobody proactively contacted us to explain what was happening or warn us about the approaching deadline. Had I not reached out myself, I would not have known there was an issue. As a result, we were left scrambling to contact the court ourselves, figure out how to schedule an appearance, and potentially appear in court without the legal representation we had paid for. The entire purpose of hiring an attorney through Off The Record was to avoid dealing with these situations ourselves and to ensure our case was handled professionally and on time. Instead, we experienced a serious lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. I am extremely disappointed with both the assigned attorney and Off The Record. When customers pay for legal representation, they should be able to trust that critical deadlines will be monitored and handled appropriately. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to stay on top of their case and verify every deadline directly with the court rather than assuming everything is being handled.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, they did a great job handling my case and successfully got my speeding ticket dismissed. I really appreciate their work and the outcome. The only area that could use improvement is communication, as updates and responses to texts sometimes took longer than expected. Other than that, they did what they promised and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family who need help with a traffic ticket.
