Hiring them was a pointless waste of money; they failed to notify me in a timely manner about scheduled hearings. I possessed evidence proving my innocence—or at least evidence that was open to interpretation and could have worked either for or against me. Early on, I tried to explain that I had this evidence, but I was told it wasn't needed. Their strategy was simply to keep postponing the hearing and wait for the officer who issued the fine to fail to show up, thereby leading to the case being dismissed. I wasn't entirely comfortable with that approach, but I trusted them. I now regret that decision and would not recommend this firm or app to anyone.
