I was a bit apprehensive at first to do a online attorney. Now that I’ve been through the process it was very easy and effective. The communication Kim Diego was very responsive throughout the entire process anytime I had a question. I will say it took a little getting used to not ever talking to anyone on the phone about my ticket but now looking back the messages back and forth between us worked just fine for me. I am sure if it was necessary to talk on the phone that it would not have been a problem. It is never fun when a person gets a ticket but having an Attorney definitely helped in my case. It might cost a bit for having an Attorney but in my case it was worth it.
