While I am satisfied with the outcome of my case, my recent experience with Off The Record was frustrating due to poor communication. I have used Off The Record in the past and had fantastic experiences with other attorneys they matched me with. However, this time, the communication was severely lacking. Many customers, including myself, rely on services like Off The Record to guide them through the complexities of the legal system. I understand that legal proceedings can be slow and that updates may not always be immediate, but it often took several messages and 5-10 business days to receive a response from my assigned attorney. Considering that customers pay a premium for this service – in my case, $560 to reduce a $139 ticket and a $75 fine – the expectation for timely and clear communication is high. Unfortunately, this was not met with this attorney. On the day of my court case I received no communication, I received a response three days later, informing me of the results and that I had seven days to pay the fine. This effectively left me with only four days to complete the payment. Moreover, the attorney provided no additional details or guidance, leaving me to spend about 45 minutes on the phone figuring out how to pay the fine myself. In summary, while Off The Record successfully managed to reduce my traffic ticket, the lack of prompt and thorough communication with this particular attorney significantly detracted from the overall experience. For a service positioned as a premium offering, there is a clear need for improvement in ensuring consistent and supportive communication across all their attorneys.

Would give 0 stars for overall experience , lawyer would never respond and would not communicate with me about my case, I had to contact Customer Support on multiple occasions to get a response from lawyer. The only communication I had with my lawyer was initially requesting for the court order and then asking for more money. Only positives was customer service which was helpful in giving me a full refund.
