Attorney failed to notify me of my required court appearance until the morning of my court date, forcing me to scramble for transportation and leave work unexpectedly. He also promised to send driving course information to reduce points on my record but never followed through despite two follow up messages. I had to wait 3 weeks for a response. Communication was poor throughout. The outcome was a standard guilty plea with a reduced fine, nothing that required specialized legal intervention. Would not recommend.

Mr. White was overall very professional. His understanding, patience and determination got me out of what would have been a very bad beginning of my year. Luckily, that did not happen on his watch. I’m very grateful that I had Mr. White to represent me and in all honesty I couldn’t have recommend a better Attorney to solve your case! Thank you again, Mr. White!

I hired Off the Record to fight a speeding ticket in Georgia. I hold a CDL‑A license, so protecting my record is critical. I was told upfront that they could get the ticket dismissed and that I would not need to appear in court. Both claims turned out to be false. Once the assigned attorney contacted me, he said my presence was mandatory. I showed up for court, but the attorney did not. When I called him, he told me to ask the judge for a new court date myself — highly unprofessional. At that point, I could have entered a Nolo plea on my own (no contest, no points, but possible CDL impact). I waited for the attorney since Off the Record promised they could do better. At the next court date, the attorney admitted that Henry County does not make concessions, so the Nolo plea was the only option — exactly what I could have done without paying for representation. This was a complete waste of time and money. I was misled, left without representation, and offered no better outcome than I could have achieved myself. I gave Off the Record multiple opportunities to make this right, but they failed to do so. I would not recommend Off the Record to anyone, especially CDL holders who depend on honest and competent representation.
