One of the worst experiences I’ve had when obtaining a lawyer for a speeding ticket. The county that I got the ticket in was clearly a speed trap, and it seemed as though the lawyers were in cahoots. Originally was told that I would only have to pay $300 for a reduced charge, but then somehow the same decision was bumped to costing me $1000. My lawyer did nothing to fight it and also said that I would have to pay them more in order for them to actually try to contest it. They also gave me the runaround when I requested official documents to verify the changes in the decision, the correspondence with the courts, and also the reasoning for the increase in the amount. I ended up having to take a 3 1/2 hour drive down to the county where I got the ticket to defend myself. I was able to keep the reduced charge without an increase. Could’ve saved the cost of an attorney.

Attorney Oliver was amazing!! I was prepared to pay a fine and accept points; he got the fine reduced by HALF with NO points!! I would DEFINITELY recommend his office! Hopefully, I won't be in this situation again, but if I am, I'll be looking for Attorney Oliver to represent me.
