Poor communication and overall poor experience

Totally uncommunicatible. I have been calling attorney for official court decision, never got a call back from them

Attorney Brandon Cline which was assigned by OfftheRecord was not responding to any of my messages. I asked OfftheRecord to remove him and issue a refund which they object too. I went to court to represent myself and found out from the Judge that Brandon Cline was disbarred by the State of Georgia. OfftheRecord assigned an attorney that was disbarred by the state.

There were some negative reviews but I’m going to chock those up as unprepared individuals. I obtained council the same day I recieved the citation and immediately got the ball rolling. Mr. Cline replied to my concerns, assuring me he would take care of my citation. Sure enough about two weeks before the set court date I was given a clerks # to call to pay the fine and I recieved no points on my license. Highly recommend, just get ahead of it and follow the instruction/provide clear information.
