I was assured that, if I paid the fine in addition to the fees to retain the lawyer, this would be removed from my record entirely.
TWO YEARS after retaining this lawyer, I look at my driving record and it’s still there.
I’ve been trying for almost a year now to get this resolved by contacting Mr Tharp directly as well as through off the record. Nothing has gotten me any results. Off the record wound up refunding me as Mr Tharp refused to respond to any attempts at contact.
