I have been enduring financial hardship since mid-May 2023 due to medical conditions...and this has adversely affected my ability to generate money, hence my nonpayment per this contract. Furthermore, I communicated this with the lawyer provided. I was present for today's court appearance, without representation. Although the lawyer eventually showed after I received the offer from the solicitor of the court, the lawyer attempted to make me believe that she was able to make a deal with the solicitor in my favor. When the judge called me to the stand, I found that there was no deal made and the lawyer could not speak for me, as she was not considered to be representing me by the court. So, all in all I am left with handling it on my own. So what did I pay for?? Nothing. This did not benefit in any way, and she made statements to me that were untrue.
