Unresponsive would be an understatement for the lack of professional, care, or concern shown for my case

I got a ticket last January. I just received a letter in the mail telling me I had to appear in court almost a year later. The communication was non existent and my ticket was never resolved. I’m glad this lady got away with my money and now I have to spend more on a separate attorney to resolve a bigger issue because of this. Horrible, absolutely horrible .

since everything was done online, constant reminder messages were reassuring that my case is being worked on. cost was lower compared other competitors.

I’m extremely disappointed with this attorney’s handling of my case. Requesting multiple times updates, only after three weeks of silence finally received a response, which was far too late. Even worse, the attorney did not appear in court, and as a result, a warrant was issued in my case. This could have been completely avoided with proper communication and responsibility. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for a client’s situation was shocking. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone looking for dependable representation.
