Attorney Jason Jackson

I paid $800 and the ticket was not lowered in anyway. Jason asked me to waive any guarantee that he could lower my ticket, because it should have been a misdemeanor due to my speed, but the officer was nice when he wrote the ticket. My advice is, if the lawyer wants you to sign a waiver separate from "off the record", skip the lawyer and just pay the ticket. In the end I got all the same points and fees I started with, plus an $800 lawyer bill. This isn't meant to be a bad review, just an informative one. Jason only got a thumbs down because it won't let me skip the thumbs up/down section in the review.
