I had a terrible experience with Off The Record. I was matched with an attorney who had an expired license, which I didn't realize until after the fact. Not only did this attorney fail to show up for my court appearance, but as a result, I ended up facing a bigger fine than I originally would have. When I reached out to customer service, Miranda was completely unhelpful and showed no concern for my situation. She initially refused to offer a refund, and it wasn’t until I discovered that the attorney’s license was inactive that I was able to get any resolution. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
