Unfortunately, my case had an unexpected turn after everything was settled. The charge was actually reduced to a lesser offense, but I was informed that points would not be added to my license. However, this was not accurate; they still added points for the charge. I am not certain if my attorney was aware of this, so I cannot hold him responsible
