My experience with Off The Record turned out very positive. However, I needed to remind the secretary/Judge internal Advisor numerous times to discuss the reasons why my ticket was unfair. The actual Judge Representative for my case was Gary Thompson, Lawyer & direct Court pleader of my case facts. I was never allowed to speak with him directly, as it is apparently the Conpany's oolicy, to let his underling gather all the facts.
