I’m sorry that you’re disappointed but the points were reduced and the fine was significantly reduced. This saves you money off your car insurance and ensures that your license was not suspended. While I understand your frustration, please do not accuse me of fighting to keep points. If NYC traffic court engaged in plea bargaining (which it does not), I would’ve asked for a no-point violation.
