This attorney extremely lacked communication and lied about what was going on and missed my court dates which intern sent my license for suspension when she told me it was being taken care of definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I chased my lawyer repeatedly on this ticket. The communication wasn't great! They told me that the lack of response was due to the town/court I was dealing with. This took over 1 year before I hear anything! While they claim they helped me get this ticket reduced I could have accomplished a similar outcome by showing up to the court date personally. At least this absolves OTR from their "money back guarantee" though. I lived in a different state prior and had a lawyer that usually got tickets (one major too!)dismissed entirely, only paying the legal fees. This time I am paying the fine, legal fees, and I've been awarded points. I should have done a little more homework and found a better attorney to represent me. Live and learn.
