My lawyer did an amazing job however Ohio as it be did not want to budget at even a reduction. I currently live in nc and in this state for this 1 and only ticket nc will suspend my license. Good old Ohio. My lawyer fought hard will no avail.

This was an extremely stressful experience. I have never used a service like this before so I didn't know what to expect. Dealing with my attorney and getting ANY information was like pulling teeth. I have so many chat messages, often left unanswered for days at a time, some never answered at all. The attorney's office was extremely bad with communication from the get go, and it didn't get any better through the process. I had to engage the Off The Record staff on two occasions in order for them to reach out to my attorney and get critical information regarding my very simple speeding ticket case. At one point it was a few days before my bench trial date so I reached out to make sure things were in order. Suddenly there were a flurry of critical documents in an email attachment I had to sign and get sent back immediately. It looks like they forgot them and it would have been a disaster if I hadn't followed up so often. Overall, the outcome was ok, but the stress leading up to that for 2 months wasn't worth it at all. Additionally, this attorney charged $600 for this service which is MUCH higher than all the other Off The Record reviews I read. They said that the attorney is the only one in that area, so they were my only option, which in my opinion leads them to gouge the price. I would not recommend this attorney , and if you do use them, be prepared to get zero information, but you will need to continually follow up to make sure they're doing their job or something may get missed. Definitely wasn't a fun, easy, stress free experience like it should have been.
