Aside from seeing a capias ordered on me twice from court documents being filed late, having to reiterate my driving record being clean for five years from prosecution lying about my driving history, and pushing to get the ticket reduced to a non-moving violation or dismissed entirely - the ticket was luckily dismissed. On a fluke! The officer who issued the ticket switched positions. Only took three pre-trials to get there, yet the stress was too much. If I am hiring an attorney, I want someone who is entirely on-board to represent me and communicate with me. Going forward, I will seek representation elsewhere.
