No communication from Day 1 - had to stress about whether the plea was entered on time. Then apparently there was a conflict with my court date they knew about immediately and didn't let me know - then the date comes and I am thinking everything is proceeding a planned but I hear nothing from them and have to chase for an update - had to call the office and finally got someone hours later who told me the attorney requested a new date. I let that slide and the next day they sent a message saying they would notify me about the new court date. I received the letter directly from the court with the new date and weeks later still didn't hear anything from the attorney about it.
