Good represented my case but poor communication

My case was eventually resolved, but I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience. Communication was one of the biggest issues. It often took a very long time to receive a response, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. While the final result was acceptable, the overall client experience was frustrating due to the lack of timely communication and the unnecessary delays throughout the process.
