Case was not resolved. She signed me up for a program that I wasn’t eligible for and ceased contact. $500 to her down the drain and an extra $280 down the drain to even apply for the program

Dear Sevyn, I explained the program to you and the court notified me that you got an additional ticket after you agreed to complete the traffic education program. The ticket was resolved but once you committed an additional violation it was no longer resolved. I am sorry that you believe that it was my responsibility to monitor your driving after this agreement was made. Traffic education was the option the police officer offered you, otherwise you could have simply paid the fine and not fought the ticket at all. It was your choice.
