Very bad experience working with this individual. Communication was incredibly awful. Not only was the communication very poor in detail, it was also very slow, sometimes not being able to get in contact with the individual at all when needing to. Multiple times i had to contact his superiors to get anything. Was unable to get a simple traffic citation, points, or a guilty off my record. I was told by the city he did not process things correctly nor did he understand/communicate time restrictions. Very clearly inexperienced. Waste of time and money.

As an insurance agent, I highly recommend their services. You can either pay the Attorney once or you can pay the increase on your insurance for the next 3 to 5 years! For me, it’s a no-brainer.

Horrible communication. Never got my case resolved. He simply stopped representing my case without informing me and caused my ticket to go to collections
