The office wrote the ticket for EXACTLY 25 miles over the speed limit, making Defesive Driving not an option. We provided evidence to the police officer inflated the speed and the attorney only got Deferred Adjudication. If the attorney had done ANY negotiation, the ticket speed could have reduced and could have done defesive driving. Feels like I am paying the attorney for nothing.
