The ease of the app and not having to deal With this case myself was a relief and a blessing. I assume my attorney only communicated with me when needed ( wasn’t an issue. She kept me informed on any updates or changes ) which wasn’t much over the year it took to get a final verdict on my case. However, the final outcome I was not impressed with. I was put on a deferred program where if I don’t get another ticket in the next 30 days it won’t go on my record… though this is great news it still cost me $200 and I still need to complete the 30 days. The reason I’m not impressed with this outcome is because I was able to negotiate the same results myself on a previous ticket without having to spend the money for an attorney. it also didn’t take me a year to get the final result. Took me Less than 2 months. I was not impressed in the least with this experience.

A waste of $280. I would look for local lawyers in your area instead.

Super unprofessional never responded to us. We even went to her office in person and could never get a response.

Never answered. Extremely unprofessional. Had to jump through hoops and get a new attorney because she wasn’t answering for over a month.
