Worst experience, very unresponsive and didn’t solve the issue

Worst experience I've ever had. They missed my court date, and the court informed me that they never received any documentation showing the firm was representing me. Throughout the entire process, there was little to no communication—no follow-up, no updates, and no transparency. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. It took nearly a year to resolve what should have been a simple traffic ticket. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Gioffredi & Associates, and I will never use Off The Record again.

Horrible never responded to me and never inform me of the outcome of my case. I had to figure it out on my own.

Giofreddi and Associates handling my case perfectly, they resolved the case in a very timely manner and I couldn’t be more grateful for their assistance. Would highly recommend their services for anyone in the market and they are also very reasonably priced!
