I got the worst attorney for this case. She hasn’t done anything significant for my case, and the option she gave me was already available in the portal when I received the ticket. Whenever I message her through the app, I don’t get a reply. I have to contact support, and only then do I get a reply from her a week later. Last month, I messaged her asking for the case letter and the fine amount, but she didn’t reply. A month later, when I messaged her again through the app, she replied saying that she had received the letter from the court and that I had to pay the fine by September 10. If I hadn’t messaged her again, I wouldn’t have known that September 10 was the deadline to pay the fine. She is the most irresponsible attorney I have ever dealt with.

Attorney wasn't defending my case and also she didn't give some options over the officer ticket and he doesn't appear on the court and also leid to me he was in the back and why I was appear on court when I was guilty and must the attorney work was give some options to court like my license didn't show the points over my license she was not fine over me.

Able to avoid anything going on record. Have to do a driving class and pay some fees - as expected. Overall positive outcome.
