Didn’t really hear anything back9-12-25–New Years until I found out I plead no contest. Got hit in a funeral procession and for some strange reason I was at fault. Pretty much out of $400 ($160+$210) Think we should’ve fought it.

Took almost 5 months before resolution. I would have liked to fight to get my ticket reduced to something not recorded on my record. However, I was told that wasn’t possible, so I felt like it wasn’t worth it for him to even fight it from the beginning. Then found out his staff dropped ball in communication so I found out a month later that my ticket was resolved to a no contest plea and that my fee was due the day before being informed of this, so I was charged a $15 late fee when I went to pay fine through the court.
