She sent a different attorney to the hearing. Didn't try for continuance or anything.

Off the Record did not manage to get my case dismissed, and the infraction was deemed committed. That said, the lawyer representing me, Sarah McFadden, was able to change the violation from speeding 13mph over to only 5mph over, reducing the fine by almost half. Also in her defense, the Aberdeen court is unusually strict. Considering that this change did not do anything to prevent my insurance rates from increasing, I would have still lost money by using OTR if not for their refund policy. I was initially concerned that OTRs refund was a scam and that I had fallen into a trap, but they did honor their policy and gave me a full refund. In the end, fighting my ticket was still a hassle for various reasons and I did not get it "off the record", but the lawyer did improve my situation, and thanks to the refund I came out saving money by working with OTR. I’m a long haul truck driver an got a speeding ticket the same day as another lawyer took care of this one WA hates the company I drove for an I couldn’t really have another ticket an so I hired off the record an they got the ticket dismissed I couldn’t believe it they maybe small or new but they got the job done an I can’t Thank Them enough I pray I don’t get stopped again but I’ll always use them
