Could have used a bit more communication throughout in regards to what's going on. Im not even sure how to pay the new ticket price.

I had a great experience working with Alexis. She was communicative throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to her work, my speeding ticket was reduced—both the fine and the points on my license. I really appreciated her professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!
