Overall good outcome - case got dismissed. Would definitely recommend this service to those who feel injustice was done when they got the ticket!

Did an excellent job. Would have preferred a little bit more communication to just let me know the status along the way (postponements, etc) I would have to request updates instead of receiving proactive communication, but I understand this is a low money maker and probably doesn't get the same response as more important cases. I'm still very appreciative and highly recommend him in the future
