What is different
The differences are limited to two things: the checkout experience and the money-back guarantee.
1. The checkout experience
When you book a case pay-per-case, you enter your ticket details, receive an instant quote, and pay your legal fee to complete the booking.
When you are an active Fastlane member and you book an eligible case, the process looks almost identical — but when you reach checkout, our system recognizes your active membership and either waives the legal fee entirely (for eligible traffic tickets) or applies your membership discount (for other case types). You simply continue through the booking without paying a legal fee.
That is the only visible difference in the experience. Everything before and after checkout is the same.
2. The money-back guarantee
OTR's money-back guarantee refunds your legal fee if an eligible traffic ticket case does not end with a favorable outcome.
When you book with your Fastlane membership, the money-back guarantee does not apply — but not because we are less confident in the outcome. It is simply because there is no legal fee to refund. As a Fastlane member, you do not pay a legal fee on eligible traffic tickets. Your monthly membership fee covers it.
Your membership fee is a subscription payment, not a per-case legal fee. It is not refunded based on case outcomes, just as a gym membership is not refunded if you have a bad workout.
